§ 4-33. Certain licensees not to admit minors.

  • It shall be unlawful for any establishment licensed by the alcoholic beverage control board of the state as a lounge retail liquor licensee either directly or by its servants, agents or employees to admit or allow any minor to be in, on or upon said licensed premises, subject to exemptions for certain persons under the legal drinking age as set forth in Code of Ala. 1975, § 28-1-5.
