§ 4-32. Minors prohibited on certain licensed premises.

It shall be unlawful for any minor to be in, upon or on the licensed premises of any establishment licensed by the alcoholic beverage control board of the state as a lounge retail liquor licensee, subject to exemptions for certain persons under the legal drinking age as set forth in section Code of Ala. 1975, § 28-1-5.
