§ 4-9. Sale of liquor at other than licensed place or state store.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person, whether or not a liquor licensee, to sell or offer for sale to a consumer, or to serve or dispense for reward to a consumer, or to offer to serve or dispense for reward to a consumer, or have in possession or custody of for any such purpose, any liquor or wine at any place in the city other than in a liquor-licensed place or a state liquor store.
