Chapter 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

§ 1-1. Designation and citation of Code.

Latest version.

The ordinances embraced in the following chapters and sections shall constitute and be designated as the "Code of Ordinances, City of Alabaster, Alabama," and may be so cited. The Code consists of parts I and II. Part II of this Code is a codification of ordinances pertaining to land development. Part I is a codification of other ordinances. The failure to include an ordinance in the proper part of the Code does not excuse compliance with such ordinance.
